How it drinks

About this bottle

Secure a true "unicorn" for your collection with this BC Merchant Import Store Pick of Belle of Bedford. This exclusive single-barrel selection was hand-picked by the experts at BC Merchant, known for their elite palate and access to the finest aging stocks. As a "Store Pick," this bottle represents a flavor profile that stands out from the standard releases—a unique expression of high-rye whiskey that makes for a prestigious and one-of-a-kind Gift. This specific barrel features the legendary 95% rye mash bill, aged to perfection in the cool climates of the Northeast. Because it is an Import/Store Pick, it has been bottled at Cask Strength, preserving the raw intensity and unfiltered character of the spirit. Expect a powerhouse of flavor: the nose is heavy with dark maple syrup, dill, and antique leather, while the palate explodes with cinnamon-soaked plums, heavy rye spice, and a decadent "chewy" caramel. The finish is monumental, lingering with the heat of peppercorns and toasted oak. This rare bottling is a top-tier Online Purchase from Drip Liquor. Store picks of Belle of Bedford are notoriously difficult to find and are highly sought after by "dusty" hunters and rye purists for their bold, historical Pennsylvania character. With our secure and reliable Home Delivery service, this exclusive barrel selection can be delivered directly to your collection. Buy this Belle of Bedford Store Pick now!
