Pursuit United Double Oaked Rye Whiskey 700ml

How it drinks

About this bottle

Discover the decadent side of spice with Pursuit United Double Oaked Rye, a masterfully finished spirit and a sophisticated Gift for the modern whiskey enthusiast. Created by the founders of the Bourbon Pursuit podcast, this expression takes their award-winning Triple Mash Rye and elevates it through a meticulous secondary maturation. By re-barreling the mature whiskey with custom French Oak staves that have been lightly toasted and heavily charred, they have created a profile that mimics the depth and richness of a whiskey three times its age. The flavor profile is a "dessert-lover's dream," designed specifically to appeal to bourbon drinkers who enjoy a sweeter edge to their rye. The nose opens with the comforting aroma of fresh-baked cherry pie and cranberry, accented by exotic spices like cardamom and nutmeg. On the palate, it delivers a viscous, buttery mouthfeel featuring brown sugar crumble, jammy berry medley, and tart cherries. The finish is long and elegant, lingering with notes of cherry pipe tobacco and toasted oak. This 700ml bottle is a premier Online Purchase from Drip Liquor. Bottled at a robust 108 Proof, it maintains its bold character even when enjoyed with a splash of water or a large ice cube. With our secure and reliable Home Delivery service, this highly sought-after "sequel" to the Double Oaked Bourbon can be brought directly to your doorstep.
